I originally started keeping bees in 2008, but our old farm was not a great food source for them and they were not very productive in honey and did not over winter well.  Since moving to the new farm, the bees seem much happier, stronger and I am expected a nice crop of honey from them this fall.  Join me as I post about my beekeeping adventures and maybe we both can learn a little bit along the way.
